I think CryptopreneurBrainboss won the yellow cap prize due to having less total Closeness.
According to the post made by jeremypwr before, if multiple people have the same points, they are ranked by their total closeness.
But going forward, the "Total Closeness" system will be used to determine who wins the Yellow Cap in the event of a tie.
