I think it has nothing to do with luck. Frankfurt didn't want to give up, they keep trying to score. So, they finally could score the 3rd goal in minute 90+4'. In the second half, Kompany also changed some key players, this makes Frankfurt to have an opportunity to play better. With some changes, Bayern Munich game wasn't as aggressive as before. Bayern Munich looked to play a more defensive, so Frankfurt can have a chance to attack Bayern defense.

It is not easy to maintain consistency in every match, where luck is sometimes not always on the side of the favorite team. Bayern Munich failure to get full points at Eintracht Frankfurt home ground gave their closest rival Leipzig the opportunity to stick to them at the top of the standings, while Leverkusen as the defending champion is now outside the top four.
