United will remain a mystery as everyone expects them to perform tomorrow and yet everyone knows they could fail tomorrow. It has been the same now for a while and can it be expected that they will change?

I guess we agree that they will mess up every once in a while and they won't be competing for the PL title for a very long time.
I don't know if I should call the MU's agonising draw against a Porto that looked much more eager a failure, but I am aware that there are many players who have earned my respect more and more, I was hurt by the departure of Bruno, but at this point something like this is not well allowed, however things can be different when you have management that is not the right one, I personally would say and bet that MU will not go very far, and it is a good team because they have high level players like Garnacho, Antony, Casemiro, but basically this team lacks a good coach.
Yes they lack a good coach but if I recall correctly the criticism has been there from day one regarding ten Hag and he got lucky in the first two seasons because there were so many other Premier League clubs who didn't perform well. That made Manchester United look better than they actually were. But now in the third season it really looks as if Manchester United is going to finally crash very hard.
No need to discuss the results so far, but this isn't a team that plays well but got unlucky. They produce some really bad games way too often and ten Hag does not seem to be the guy who could get that fixed.
Tuchel was discussed recently as the new Manchester United coach, but I wonder whether he would be the right choice when they have just been dealing with a weird character like ten Hag. Tuchel has his own special character and he is not necessarily the guy who knows how to unite people. Maybe it would be bad timing to replace ten Hag with a guy like Tuchel when they actually need a coach who understands how to bring people together.
