As I previously said, create a scam accusation thread. You submitting things here and made me have to address your issue here just make our discussion OOT as this thread is more to announcement and discussion about their service and platform, and I have a very strong feeling [judging from your posting history and previous situation] that there will be a lot of back and forth between you, me, and them, with consecutive posts from you as seasoning.
Copy and paste this post I quoted to a scam accusation board, and I'll reach someone on BC to take a look into your situation. I've seen the screenshot [and translated the Arabic ones, to get a better understanding], I'll inquire to them and see if they'll be able to get some information from their 3rd party provider why your documents keep being rejected.
