I actually predicted Bayern to win the game without even checking for the opponent that they will be playing against. Frankfurt has been having good records over Bayern since when I've been following bundesliga games. I checked out the highlight not too long, and I saw the defensive error you are talking about. But this is unlike Bayern that plays a very good defensive game especially in UCl because I watch them alot. I am not sure of the formation kompany used, but he shouldn't try that in a more competitive game because they will be eliminated in no time. If you even noticed the second goal that Frankfurt scored, they literally toyed with the bayern's defense before putting the ball at the back of the net. And for olise, he is just a pure talent. I like how he has been performing so far, and I hope he stays fit for long.
Kompany i think has got more of an offensive orientation than an attacking one, so its very expectant they will make defensive error because more attention is usually giving to the attack and almost very little to the defense and by so doing, they will be bale to get more goals and avoid the ball coming to their post too often than i would have if they were just defensive but then it doesn't guarantee they were going to win,, what i became very sure of is that they will get goals but will not win but in the champions league, the competition is much competitive and they can do even better if they strengthen their defense as much as they have done with their attack.
