Hhampuz is their signature campaign manager but he is an outsource of Roobet team. I believe Hhampuz only has contact points to Roobet team and the answer will come from the casino team, the compliance team and other related teams if necessary.
Answers will be from Roobet and Hhampuz will not answer on behalf of them. From contact points, the Roobet team can assign a customer support staff to answer this user and for future inquires from forum community too.
