. Many jobs are now completed with AI assistance, and tasks that used to take three days now have to be done in one. Keynes once said that by the end of the 20th century, technological advancement would reduce the average workweek to 15 hours, but maybe only the Nordic countries have achieved that.
I think AI should make working to become less stressful for most companies such that you don't need to rely on manpower for most of the task you have at hand that can easily be achieved with the use of AI. Humans ability can't feasle out regardless of the numbers of AI that's created accross the different niche of production. Instead of looking that AI is here to take your job, why not forget about those simple task that AI can do and focuse more on the ones that's doable for human effort. A lot of real life task can't be done with the use of AI and those are the area that if we shift our interest into, food production will increase drastically. Task that are AI based are mainly tech related and if we can shift our hands off it because there are AI that can sort them out while we focuse on the ones we're certain that AI can't do, productivity will increase drastically.
As humans, we have the ability to adapt to different realities and this has helped us to survive during the era when tech wasn't predominant up till the time it became a dorminant thing and we will still survive pass this phase regardless of the level of growth we witness in the tech industry. I would rather have it that I'm working on best means of making the best use of this AI to my advantage such that I'm becoming more productive rather than I use to be in the past rather than becoming afraid that it's going to take food out of my table.
