An AI model doesn't modify the sentences by mistake, if you ask it to translate a text, it only does that, it won't go ahead and add extra lines in the translation for you. I know AI is still not perfect to this day, it is being improved over time, but I know for sure that this isn't what an AI model, especially ChatGPT, would do because I do use the model myself, not for writing posts but for other purposes.
