Hi, we found the biggest posters and want to know who to hire. ChartBuddy, philipma1957, BADecker, JayJuanGee, franky1. Do we need to run a campaign or can we hire these users without a campaign?
There is no need for campaign if you make personal deals with members you want to hire.
I worked several times and companies and individuals who hired my signature space and/or profile avatar image, and we made special deals.
There are pros and cons for both cases and you don't have to pay middleman manager if you work directly with members.
