There is a chance that the nature of the game has something to do with the gender that plays in that game most. There is no official study for this yet, but I am thinking that we will find more females playing and drawn to luck-based games than skill-based games because of how difficult the process of learning skill-based games may be.
...
What do you think?
Itself, the population which partakes in gambling and betting is already dominated by men, so carrying out a study on what draws women to gamble or bet would start by an estimation on the percentage of women who actually feel attracted to luck-based games instead of skill-based ones.
Though, I don't have any study on hand for me to prove it, but I agree with you, it would be easier to find a woman enjoying her afternoon playing slots instead finding one playing billiar pool in a bar or restaurant.
In general, the social views people have on women are not co partible with them partaking much in gambling, in my opinion, but since they do not have much time to develop skills to play skill-based games, if they are attracted to slots, dices or Plinko, they will go for it as a form of entertainment.
Most of the women are simply less risk-takers and would settle more on luck-based games as long as they find it interesting and enjoyable. That's why it's no surprising that women are seen more playing on slots and other luck-based games, rather than trying to build their skills in gambling but still end up losing a lot, until they find it not sustainable at all. Even those men who are not born to be real gamblers feel the same, and just stick to luck-based games.
Your win is based on luck wether you are playing slot or poker. I think this is what majority of female gamblers understand and that is why they don't bother going for skill games. One disadvantage of skill games is that, when losing it seems that you didn't do something right and that can make you to continue gambling hoping you will get it right in your next game securing more losses.
It is good that a gambler relies more on his luck than the skill he has on that game so that he can stop playing at the right time to enable him reduce his losses, otherwise, he will incure more losses if he believes in his skill because luck supercedes skills all the time in gamble.
There's still difference if you do really tend out to make up some comparison in between luck based games into those strategic ones but of course we cant be able to ignore that luck factor will really be always the most important thing when we do play gambling no matter what type or kind if would be. The key on here is that you should be realizing on how to stop on the moment that you have lost all your gambling budget.
This doesnt talk about gender or the number of people who do engage such gambling activity on which this is something that really pertains or mind off about on having fun and wont be minding
much about into the things about on how to win. You could really be able to distinguish directly in between to those luck based or strategic based type of games but all of them will really be that still highly
depending about on luck factor. Although strategic games will really be that mostly be biased on how well you do choose up your bets basing up into some analysis and some experience you do have towards it.
People would be finding out to be interested on certain types but there would really be those people who dont care as long they do enjoy, then spending up some dime into it will really be
not that much of a concern. Always set out limits and you would really be just that fine.
