Although you might be right that SOME centralized mixers might be actual scams that don't actually mix their users' outputs, many of them also try to build a real mixing service to make their users' outputs untraceable after the mix, no? But you can't accept that and merely accuse ALL centralized mixers as mere hot wallets that mix their users' outputs. OK, understandable.
