We do not expect this to happen because it will affect most people in terms of finding jobs, but we also need to be aware that something can happen in the midst of sophisticated technology that has been so advanced. Contract workers can be terminated when they do not perform well and that is the reason most companies now prefer to recruit contract workers. For permanent jobs, there are many things that must be met and they must also be compensated after being fired unless they violate the rules of the contract by making mistakes in their work.

It is difficult to find a job for permanent employees because usually we have to work for at least five years before being appointed as permanent employees. Except for working in the government sector because the recruitment system is certain to become permanent employees with a decree before the appointment is made.

I think that AI is capable of replacing many professions, it will be enough to have several qualified workers who can control the correctness of its work and this will be enough. Professions related to work related to AI will become more popular, that is, it will definitely take someone's job, someone will be able to retrain and adapt to new conditions, humanity has gone through different stages of transition to another order, it is always painful but it is necessary to adapt. I think that AI can make life more comfortable for people, but this also contains a great danger for humanity if AI can gain consciousness.
