Knowing that the management has still got some sort of confidence in him has made him almost not really sorry about all of his errors, he's beginning to be bold because at the end of almost every season, he gets to come back with some sort of trophies and then look like he actually achieved something for the season and maybe that's one of the things he's planning on doing and that's why he keeps talking about judging him at the end of the season forgetting that the management may get tired of his failure and terminate his job before the end of the season he's been speaking off in awhile now.
What else can he say, he can't admit that another season under his leadership has started disastrously, much worse than anyone could have expected. He will remember his minor achievements and hope that his good relationship with the management will allow him to stay in the team long enough, until the team starts winning.
But I don't understand what he is waiting for, what should change, I don't see him starting to do something differently that would improve the game, everything remains the same, they have a bad defense that makes a lot of mistakes, and the game is quite chaotic, if you compare it with Arsenal, for example, where well-established defense and attack schemes are clearly visible.
