Knowing that the management has still got some sort of confidence in him has made him almost not really sorry about all of his errors, he's beginning to be bold because at the end of almost every season, he gets to come back with some sort of trophies and then look like he actually achieved something for the season and maybe that's one of the things he's planning on doing and that's why he keeps talking about judging him at the end of the season forgetting that the management may get tired of his failure and terminate his job before the end of the season he's been speaking off in awhile now.
Ten Hag always feels calm even though MU has a bad record after the match is over, in my opinion his attitude is like that because he has full support from management. I don't think the management still trusts him with the coaching position due to his success in delivering trophies at the end of the season. His success last season in the FA Cup was just a stroke of luck in my opinion, it is very unlikely that he will repeat that success again this season if his performance continues like this. Management must be able to see realistically how Chelsea's performance is now after the change of coach. Ten Hag is also still struggling to give his team a win in the Europa League, this situation is adding to MU's suffering and it is very likely that they will be eliminated sooner than expected.
