It seems to me that the company is making good on their promise, maybe not as fast as the folks nearby would like, but still, progress is being made.

But at same time, they also claim noise they made is within normal range and not aware of health problem caused by their noise. To me, it seems they only plan to reduce it enough to win in a court.
The health claims are subjective. The article offers no objective evidence that the noise was the cause of any ailments.
But, I agree that it would be really nice to sit on the back porch and watch the sunset in comfort. That's not too much to ask in ones own home in the country.
