You don’t understand—he’s not a dissatisfied user. He never even used our service; he’s just spreading false information about us. We believe he’s causing more damage to our reputation than his $100 is worth. This is just a small way he could compensate for the harm he’s done. But anyway, thank you for your opinion
I know it's difficult to prove a negative, but do you have any records of transactions inside your database that coincide with the dates and amounts being claimed by the OP?
