Real Madrid is still struggling to get back to their team strength you could see how they have been struggling since this season just to win matches even after bringing in Mbappe so it is not certain if they can bounce back and overtake Barcelona this season because regardless of the issues in the Barca team they have been winning matches convincingly this season than Real Madrid.
Unless Ancelotti is able to restore the good performance of his team and they play fearlessly like they have always played in the past I doubt if they can top the league this season with their poor performance. Mbappe is a good player but he is yet to blend with the team and very soon he will start having issues with the players because he is not scoring goals the way he is expected based on his position in the team.
