Yes, that's right... the KYC level 1 spaces are running out, be careful with that, the reality is not that it is asking for a KYC update, the point is that it is asking to go up to level 2, and by the way they promised if it was done before October 7th, at least in my case, a $10 bonus, hahaha ok, and then they top it off with access to better rewards, anyway... at least they are giving a chance until 2025... it's the option I've taken over that $10 "bait", luckily there are still spaces (Casinos) that allow a "weaving gray" to level 1 or none KYC (rare) in my option as a user in the face of the imminent request of any casino.
