Since Mourinho joined Fenerbahçe he has tried to get improved and he should try harder to keep racing to the top of the table because they expect a lot from this coach in Fenerbahçe since he is very famous for the good performances he had before in teams like Inter Milan and Porto in the past.
Now since Galatasaray, they don't want to lose the race in Fenerbahçe and that's why Mourinho asked the team to hire Guler from Real Madrid. However, since Real Madrid will not let him leave easily I think they will take Guler for loan until the end of the season Fenerbahçe.
I don't think Jose Mourinho will help Fenerbahçe win titles as expected, because Galatasaray made the right decision to hire Victor Osimhen from Napoli to help the team to score more goals which he has started and the team performance generally is improving especially in their native League, they have won seven matches and drew just one match so far, they have given Mourinho's side Fenerbahçe eight points gap even though Fenerbahçe played just seven matches so far.Now since Galatasaray, they don't want to lose the race in Fenerbahçe and that's why Mourinho asked the team to hire Guler from Real Madrid. Maybe if they successfully sign more players, the team performance will increase, but as it stands now, Galatasaray is the best team in the League.
To me, Jose Mourinho has served his time in the coaching world, he should take a brake because football has diverted into modern techniques, and he is used to local way of coaching which will not be that helpful to win titles in this era.
