Fenerbahçe has to give mourinho time as he has always made all of the clubs that he takes over management to be better. He's going to win them trophies but they shouldn't be in a rush to look for quick results. The teams need to build trusts between eachother then the manager and then they begin to play in a particular way unti they master the style.
