Just remembered that I have written the recovery seed phrase of my Electrum on a piece of paper somewhere in my place. I'm wondering what could go wrong since my place isn't too secured.  How about trying to memorize it? Is it possible?

Would you try?
What are the benefits? ... and the setbacks.

It is expected you store your recovery seed phrase in different places for a better security reasons, there is nothing absolutely wrong memorizing it if you can as having lost mean that you can not have access to your wallet in the cast of attenting to login in to another device in the future terms where and when necessarily needed. But however, there is possibilities of having a miss up when trying to memorize them, so I will advise that writing them down and store in different places will be the best option, as a safety net that you can fall back to when the need arises.
In my opinion, the advice you gave above to remember or memorize the password, in my opinion is bad advice, the potential for losing the assets held is very large. What you say is very true, if we hold a treasure or property, it would be better if we kept it in a safe place. Like writing it or we can create a phrase using a steel plate or we can create a new email without being contaminated by anything supported by a key like 2fa

According to the OP, his house is not very secured and he's thinking of memorising his recovery phrase well it's a bad idea because the disadvantage is much greater than the benefits, the human brain was created in a way to store information given to it for a very long period, well not everybody has retentive memory and it's normal to forget, if the OP is one with a retentive memory then good for him and the benefit is that no one else can have access to his wallet asides him but the bad side of it is health issues like Amnesia, severe Typhoid or as result of stress and he could lose his assets completely if such occurs and he's not able to remember even if it's a word from his recovery phrase. I support your idea of telling him to strore it in an email supported by 2fa or he could as well get a safe and store the recovery safe written in a document inside it.
