Something which is interesting is that they have removed the Curacao license seal from their homepage as well as the links to their terms of service and privacy policy.
Was there really any seal of Curacao license at Freebitco homepage? I have never seen it. BTW, it is true that they have removed the TOS and Privacy Policy page link from the sign-up page. You may still see their TOS from this link:
https://freebitco.in/tos/I don't know if there have been any changes since then but AFAIK the last statement on this matter was by theQuinn July 18 2023
"The BV is actually in Costa Rica rather than Curacao so there's no licencing issue...."
TheQuin had misled us with this statement. I hadn't done a deeper investigation during then. FBC BV was under Curacao, which is still under Curacao. Basically, they have the same license for dPlay.casino, and the license validator link is also available for FBC BV there.
