"Bankroll" is usually a term used in sports betting. From what I've read in some of the threads here, we need to be disciplined in managing our bankroll, typically betting only 5% to 10% per wager. So I'm curious: do bettors here really set up a bankroll first before they start gambling, or do they just gamble whenever they have available money?
Please share your experience whether positive or negative and what you learn from it.
I've always advocated for responsible gambling in this forum and the best way to achieve it is by having a bankroll for it. If you have a budget for gambling and you're disciplined to stick to it, it wouldn't matter if you're winning or losing, when the amount is exhausted you'll quit for the day. It's important that the amount that you budget for gambling should be what you can afford to loose, so you wouldn't put too much of your income on what depends on luck to win or be profitable. This is my strategy to avoid being addicted to gambling and it's working very fine for me.
Wise answers agree with you. What needs to be known from the beginning is responsible for our will. With full awareness the risk of gambling is certain, don't expect the victory that is awaited. If you only expect victory will cause a big problem that will come. I am always aware of the world of gambling the risk between winning and losing must be prepared to be faced
This is simply brilliant! The more we are prepared, the better for us. We should not just prepare but prepare mentally, financially, and skill-wise etc, which are what would help us to know the right gambling system, budget, management and plans that would coordinate all that we know to help us risk and still keep our gambling account safe. Discipline is also important here, you will always be tempted to go astray from what you know or plan to do as time goes on, that is gambling for you. But with discipline and determination, you will always stick to your plan and eventually prevail.
I am a gambler and like to bet but I always prioritize a good future. so that my life condition is maintained mentally, common sense and family communication is always well maintained. because people who understand will do the same thing. being wise in playing betting will foster perfect control. managing the allocation of betting money is very important
Its a common sense thing and no one really like on messing up their lives or their future because of some financial devastation because of too much gambling because of having those delusional approach.
We do know that each person does have their own thinking and on how they would really be trying out to deal up things basing up into the things that they do have in mind.
Setting out bankroll is really that too basic but there are tons of people who do really failed out on doing so just because they've been just that too positive that they could really be able to beat up gambling or betting on which sooner or later, they would really be making out those kind of realizations that it was never been worth on trying out to deal up with things which it cant be possible
specially in speaking about luck based dealing.
