Just remembered that I have written the recovery seed phrase of my Electrum on a piece of paper somewhere in my place. I'm wondering what could go wrong since my place isn't too secured.  How about trying to memorize it? Is it possible?

Would you try?
What are the benefits? ... and the setbacks.

It is expected you store your recovery seed phrase in different places for a better security reasons, there is nothing absolutely wrong memorizing it if you can as having lost mean that you can not have access to your wallet in the cast of attenting to login in to another device in the future terms where and when necessarily needed. But however, there is possibilities of having a miss up when trying to memorize them, so I will advise that writing them down and store in different places will be the best option, as a safety net that you can fall back to when the need arises.
Storing your private key in multiple places can be risky especially if op is living in a place where is crowded or have lots ifr friends. If we stay in a home where don't usually receive visitors like that, having a office or secret room in the house, that could make storing the private key in multiple locations. We can decide to store the private key in dairy or a book that is isolated from people around the house. We can also decide to memorize our private key to make sure that we still have the possession even though the private key is  available somewhere else just like a backup so Incase we could not remember it anymore, we can go back to where it was written to fetch it again.
