Yes the goverments can print money but at some point in order keep western countries people living standard normal like it use to be and people are use to that food and other good things are just standard for them now have to working harder....for the things what use to be seems like easy to get.

The problem that large economies face, as is happening in the United States with the current administration, is that the government adopts socialist economic policies. These policies rely on printing excessive money to finance initiatives like providing housing and food to illegal immigrants, giving a monthly allowance to low-income individuals with five children, and funding LGBT-related policies, among others. As a result, these types of countries embrace fiscal deficits, which in the medium term leads to inflation. In poorer countries, not only does this create normal inflation, but it also leads to hyperinflation, with annual rates in the triple digits. Wages quickly lose value, and people stop trusting the system.
