The reason why you're askes to reperform KYC was because your activities somehow triggered their safety protocol to lock you out in suspicion of hacked account. And for the very same reason, performing KYC through the "conventional" method [the platform] was made unfeasible.
They require you to perform manual verification through email that I've provided to you. Through it and only through it. Even when the platform-verification is somewhat reenabled, it'll give you similar result.
