He has no collateral for the $150k

I already told for several times that I have it. But of course, claiming that I don't plays into the hands of your accusations better.

The issue of collateral, as well as our ability to return the investment along with the total interest, is also discussed personally. PS. I have never said that there is no collateral. I only stated that it is not for a public declaration.

The first 4 bullet points are all the same thing, just worded differently, and sum to $63k.
The following three bullet points are trips for "team members" and sum to $18k.
Another $40k for vague "legal inspections" of real estate.
The remaining bullet points for a bunch of consultations and sum to $29k.

Putting certain words in "quotes" does not make them appear absurd. You obviously do not know the pricing for these services because you are not involved in this business. I’m tired of constantly repeating myself, but you have chosen not to hear what doesn’t fit into your fabricated narrative, which is why you ignore not only my arguments but also the arguments of other users who have made an effort not only to read my very detailed posts but also to understand the proposal itself.

Who in there right mind thinks they'll be given a $40 million loan without a down payment or any assets to secure the loan?

What do you think investment funds, angel investors exist for?
Do you have any evidence that world-changing projects, at least in the last 50 years, were all secured and funded entirely by the developers' own money?

The numbers above are literally pulled out of thin air

Where is the proof of that? Do you have any clue how this numbers should look like? Would you provide at least something more concrete, then just your subjective assumptions without any foundation?

Etranger intends to take the $150k, go to a crypto conference to snap some photos to make it look like he's working diligently, go on some lavish trips pretending to meet with "investors" and "consultants," and the whole time living large off the investor's money.  Once he runs out he'll inform the investor that no one will back the idea with $40 million, but he just needs more time and another $100k to make it happen.

You commented that stupid part yourself
This is my theory

Just a theory. Nothing more.

For about a week now I've been debating whether a tag is needed for user Etranger since he made a rather large loan request

I believe, that debating was between you and your alt account

Tell me one thing: all of you super-leveled-up accounts consider yourselves incredibly competent in all aspects of cryptocurrency. Yet, all you do is create useless threads that focus much more on discussing other users rather than the subject itself. Absolutely no one, except for DrBeer, has asked a single specific question, provided constructive comments, or given feedback. It all boils down to speculations, baseless accusations, and theories. This briefly illustrates the level of preparation and professionalism of the forum’s so-called established members. The true reason they are here is not to develop the crypto industry or discuss interesting and innovative proposals but simply to criticize and attack others whom they, based on their unclear criteria, deem beneath them.

If this is not the case, and there are genuinely knowledgeable people here, don’t you think they wouldn’t be fooled in this manner? Or do you see yourself as the only defender of such naive people who are supposedly ready to give away their money to scammers?

You are obviously not an investor, never have been, and judging by your behavior, are unlikely to ever become one. And throughout this entire thread, there was no one, except for DrBeer, who looks like an investor. I personally answered his questions, provided information, and demonstrated proof of my intentions to DrBeer. If he is the only person who responded as a potential investor, then it seems you are defending his interests here, right? Following your logic. But he is capable of expressing his own opinion, which he has done multiple times. So first, explain who you are so fiercely trying to convince that I have dishonest intentions, considering that no one here seems to be that kind of investor, judging by the lack of interest in the topic.
