Yes, it's true that Peter Todd is likely to have been an early Bitcoiner who understands privacy far more than anybody here, however, that Bitcoin which I came across above wasn't an inactive wallets, as it's recorded on the Blockchain, the last time that address received BTC was 1st October 2024 worth $0.33 worth of BTC, followed by the second last transaction of $386.65 worth of BTC sent to that same address on 30th September 2024, including other transaction that was sent into that same wallet, same day worth over $5000 in BTC.

So it actually shows that wallet is Peter Todd's active Bitcoin wallet he sends money into it regularly.
Ever heard of a wallet dust attack? Those coins do not appear to be something Todd would transact with; instead, it appears that some people are sending dust attacks to track the wallet's activity. It happens. It's also possible that he just wants everyone to believe he has no other wallet than this one in order to get everyone off his back.

While secondly, I think I have an important question to ask
If truly Peter Todd was Satoshi Nakamoto just as the HBO Documentary claims, why would he have created two bitcointalk account back then, that is, "Satoshi" which was created on November 19th 2009 and "Peter Todd" which was created on December 7th 2010? Or was it because he wanted to earn double through signature campaign? Because I'm sure there wasn't any signature campaign back then.

There was no such thing as a signature back then, and if I were Satoshi, I would surely create another account under a new name so that I could continue to answer questions while impersonating someone else. There were too many issues to be answered when he went missing; Satoshi might still be here on the Bitcoin technical board answering questions and solving problems: he couldn't have disappeared without reading the forum.
