My experience with this service was very positive so far.
This is your first post here, so your words about your experience at a service won't mean much to us without proof. This is not Trustpilot to instantly trust unverified information and where everyone can give themselves 5 stars.
You can leave an honest review—that’s completely fine, even if you don’t like our service. It’s your right as a customer. However, perhaps you missed our previous messages where we explained what he actually did?
Apart from the fact that it is a fake review, you did not give us much more information, neither about where the disputed feedback was left nor which part of it is fake.
Finally, what happened to his account? Is his account even unblocked?
The fact that the accuser did not come back or provide more information after leaving the accusation indicates that it was most likely planned to leave negative feedback. However, this does not justify keeping his money.
I'm sorry for not following up. I might have forgotten all of this if the Trustpilot tab in my browser wasn't left open where I left a negative review of OP service. maybe because I had no idea my post could gather such momentum. I made a similar post on Blackhatworld where I first read about their service and the reviews and make a move to deposit funds to try their service but when card keep failing and another card didn't work too and I contacted their support to later found out its a CHATBOT (sorry OP I said AI which is technically incorrect as you claimed or more of defended yourself citing me not knowing the difference or whatever)
anyway, Let me sum up again. fellas, I run an ad network and often make purchases using credit cards. I came across their thread on blackhatworld where I made a similar reply.

and you keep claiming I paid the price of leaving a FAKE REVIEW. well, define a fake review and an honest negative review? you think a fake review on trustpilot where anyone can post anything about any company worth $100 in loss? and even though I make good money but to me, even a $1 is still something let alone $100 I will pay to defame any company. and you even claimed I'm some competitor.. ahh please come on. you're not that big nor I posted any other reviews amywhere except trustpilot when I failed to get support and yes, I hate chatbot and that may have been the reason I rushed things and called you scam support. that I can admit. but the way you responded does not justify your stance as a company that provides customer service instead you acted like a butthurt 10 years old. so please hire a professional staff and then we can talk about customer service in the first place.
every single time you rant about "Reputation" and "Damage" while there is none. please learn about constructive criticism and learn to deal with negative feedbacks.
UPDATE.. I contacted them after reading replies here and see how they are still adamant and butthurt. they're clearly a company real users should keep away from. they keep vendetta against their customers if they post anything against dislike of their platform. insane and unbelievable.

It’s been over half a year since we launched our service, and we’ve gained more than 3,000 users. The trust of our users is our most valuable asset. As mentioned before, you never reached out for help, nor did you have any issue. You successfully created one card (not two, and we never blocked it), which remained active but unused. Despite this, you posted false reviews. You claimed to have spoken to a bot, but your review was in August, and we only introduced the bot in September. In this screenshot, you can see the date of your review on Trustpilot.
Your claims are lies, and you continue to mislead.
But we assured the Bitcointalk community we’d offer a full refund if you delete your false reviews and admit your claims were fabricated.
