Real exchange? With that domain name? I don't think so, it needs nearly zero thoughts for a person with common sense to think that such domain name i too sceptical.
And yes, this is not uncommon tactics of scammers, once you heard something like this you can identify that it's obviously a scam. I hope people have this kind of common sense but no, you will still find someone will make such stupidity.
