NATO are moving towards their desired goals and the protracted war between Russia and Ukraine is continuing and Russia is steadily weakening. It is a threat to Russia that NATO continues to arm and support Ukraine, and that the world is headed for nuclear war.
Unfortunately is not NATO, it is only the US. Europe would have been perfectly happy with ending the war much much sooner, but it seems that the US wants to make sure that Ruzzia wastes all the Soviet era stocks while making themselves poorer and diplomatically weaker. Hence the strategy of giving Ukraine enough to fight, but not enough for a quick and definitive victory.
This does not seem to be ending soon.
Right. And the US doesn't care anything about Ukraine. The West's basic idea is to weaken Russia with Ukraine as much as they can, even if it destroys Ukraine. What they don't realize is that it's really strengthening Russia, like when a person exercises, he gets stronger.
