I mean he is talented okay but he can't play regularly during a season. The team can't get enough efficiency from him comparing to the money he earns. While Barcelona is trying to raise funds, I think they should consider selling him or cutting his salary seriously.

Barcelona voluntarily signed a contract with him and are obliged to fulfill it, if they want to break/change it, then they either pay a penalty or negotiate with the player (it is naive to think that he will reduce his salary). They also cannot sell him without his consent.
