THIS IS A SCAM!!
He will ask you to join his discord channel and from then verify your identity. This will take you to a most likely phishing link that will steal your discord username/password.

We could tag the user but they will just disappear and make a new account, the better option might be for people not to be so stupid. There is no reason for you to click anything if applying for a job or verify your identity for that matter.
