That's the laziness of ads staffs on any social media platform they only take action if someone reported it, even google ads and other ads providers. Most of these abusers and scammer can still able to manipulate ads to make it look legit.
So I hope that people should be smarter than the scammer before they trust a business or a site they should always check it first to see if that is the right website or not and ask more people if s/he is accessing the right site before giving sensitive information or deposit on that platform.
Scammers won't stop their scam attempts because it's their only or main job so majority of scammers will continue doing their scam jobs.

Scammers set up their scam traps as honeypots that come along with some kind of attractive profit, bonuses, opportunities to get rich. Fortunately, people can avoid most of honeypot scam traps by being careful practically and avoid things that easily to realize as "too good to be true".

If they always remember a famous saying "There is no free lunch" and combine it with "avoid things are too good to be true", they will self-defend against like 90% of 99% of honeypot scam traps.
