The erratic condition of Madrid is one thing that i feel will be a challenge to them as Barcelona isn't in that much of a struggling situation and most disturbing is with their defense in which they just lost a key main stay defender who has been of great relevance to them and now they have the need to scout a replacement which i don't think they are getting before this fixture so its a really huge challenge for them against Barcelona who is ready to make sure they everything possible to win this games as they have been on the loosing side in the last season, i would have said a draw is possible but in the last season we have not seen both team draw so maybe it would be one of those times.
