The New Zealand women's team has a high chance of playing in the semi-finals. Because Pakistan women's team is far behind in NRR where Pakistan's NRR is -0.488 while New Zealand women's NRR is +0.282. If Pakistan women's team wins then I don't think they can beat New Zealand by a huge margin, India women's team will get a chance in the semi-finals. I am favoring New Zealand Women's team, Pakistan's neighbors in Asia two strong teams India Women's Team and Sri Lanka Women's team, have beaten them by huge margins in the previous matches in the group stage against New Zealand women. I don't see any chance for Pakistan, I see a chance that either New Zealand or India women's team will make it to the semi-finals.
I am not optimistic about Pakistan winning against New Zealand in Women's T20 World Cup. Also, if Pakistan goes much further in NRR, I won't support them now because there is very little chance of them performing well against good teams. As Pakistan have not been doing well in recent times, if they get a chance to make it to the next matches i.e. semi-finals, it would rather spoil the chances of a competitive game. But these are my personal views if Pakistan can give their best and achieve their goals then surely it will be good for their cricket. There are many matches in cricket where in the last minute one of the weaker teams suddenly rises into the equation with a good performance but they lose the rhythm again in the next round which turns that particular match into one sided.
