Ensure you have a target profit amount and loses amount your willing to take, and the way I approach it, whichever one that I hit first, I turn my system off and leave for the next day.
The goal is to feel the fun and also wins while my concious target is to minimize my looses so I'm usually more concerned to cut my looses than projecting winning of making profits since I know the know I'm fostered on chasing profits is more i could loose more.
Betting on strategical patterns is certain because I can't afford y maintain riding on same pattern that has long been unable to give me winning.
