The worst ridiculous and ugliest moment I have ever encountered pertaining gambling is when a friend told me and few other friends that he was going to take responsibility of the bills for our weekend hangout.
He had us that confidence to be unfailingly.
Guess what???
It was actually from a game he booked against the weekend that had him that morale to had projected this weekend hangout amongst us and it was not that he had secured the money to be assured.

As a matter of fact, he was nowhere to be found all through the weekend and could not even take his calls because he felt messed up of himself for the false promises.
While time passes by, you can imagine how he narrated the stories and felt remorseful of being a d!ck head as the game failed him as predicted.

I think everyone starts thinking about the final outcome, whether that is doubling your money or winning against huge odds in the lottery. I rarely place any bets and probably buy lottery tickets the most, but it is nice to dream of leaving your job and being set forever by swapping a cheap ticket for millions. It can actually give you a lot of hope in life, even though the chances of winning are infinitesimally small, and bring a bit of happiness at the possibility. For football bets or similar however, it does add a bit more spice to watching the game and makes me feel more involved - especially when a group of friends all have different bets placed as you watch it.
