I recently got upgraded to tier4. Great stuff so far. However, now I cannot deposit anymore; all deposits receive the status "on hold". My limit is not reached and I also did not send a deposit with an identical amount in the past time. The problem is apparently on kraken's side.

The two held deposits have been released. It looks like it was just an error, but you can confirm with your agent on the ticket to make sure there won't be further issues.

What is this kind of issue? It began to appear several weeks ago, but recently it's really like every 2 minutes.

Here the same server error message with "not up-to-date data" with firefox popping up every now and then (couple of times per day).
