Let's clear up what happened here at the beginning.

DEPOSITED $100 AFTER SEEING THEIR THREAD. HAD NO IDEA SUPPORT IS RUN BY BUTTHURT KIDS.
AFTER CREATING A CARD. IT WAS SUSPENDED WITHOUT ANY REASON. I TRIED CREATING A NEW ONE BUT TO NO AVAIL.

CONTACTED SUPPORT TO FIND OUT ITS AN AUTOMATED BOT.

GOT FRUSTRATED AND SAW THEIR EMAIL IN MY INBOX ASKING FOR A REVIEW. THEREFORE, I LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW.
Can we clarify one thing, the account was suspended due to a fake review, but you claim that you left questionable feedback after the suspension.
But, You tried to contact support due to a suspension issue, without success, which provoked you to leave negative feedback.
What happened here first, It's an understatement to say everything is confusing.

From the screenshot where you communicated, you obviously received answers from a human and not from AI, it is also clear that you know which review it is, because you insist on repayment before deleting your feedback.

I am close to the conclusion that RonKoetse@protonmail.com is telling the truth, although this does not justify blocking the funds.

Since you both found yourself in a closed circle where no one wants to take the first step, the solution for you is escrow. It will not be difficult to determine whether the comment on Trustpilot has been deleted and to approve the transfer.

Sorry. but he's driving me nuts. it was better if he never sent me an email asking for a review on trustpilot because I have already forgotten the experience I had with them and the money. since you're a Leganday member, I'm more than willing to prove my claim by allowing you remote access to my email and I know its showing off, but to show how much money I still have in my crypto balance and bank account comparing to his rant for my $100.

don't confuse with the screenshot. its the screenshot of the emails, so its a later stage communication. the issue here is the first stage of communication when I tried to find support on their website when cards were declined even after trying bins. I found a chatbot located in the bottom right of their website and got frustrated. that's it. ask him about the duration when did I started talking. or let me upload them myself. see.

JULY 26 - I deposited funds.



AUG 30 - 35 days later they asked me for the review


OCTOBER 8 - after 2 months and after leaving review and getting a flagged review email from trustpilot I came to remember I used their service and then I replied to their email else, as I said before. I forgot about them.



not sure what do you mean by OP is telling truth. but well, I'm also not telling a lie here. I honestly have no idea what is wrong with me that I'm even defending myself for $100. he made me furious by his fraudulent claims like I'm some sort of a liar or fraud.

and I don't want the money. I donate it to bitcointalk this moment even though I'm not much active here but I'm a 15+ years old prestigious and premium member on hackforums and blackhatworld. I run a real business with real customers not like him. thug.
