I did a quick check on the forum and they seem to not have an announcement thread here so there is not much we can do on this side, perhaps you should try posting this on casino.guru or askgamblers, they might be able you and mediate the issue you have with betplays.com and hopefully get the issue resolved.
Even if the gambling site have announcement thread on this forum, this type of issue can not be solved on this forum. He needs a mediator like casino.guru or askgamblers that you mentioned because the gambling site will not want to post anything related to the issue on this forum because of the user's privacy. Also, it is worth knowing that in most cases, it is true that the gamblers have two or more accounts. This one can be different but out of 100% of such cases, 99.99 to 100% cases found that the gamblers are truly guilty. I think this will not be different.
I did submit 3 days ago a complaint on casino.guru, who by the way have them a score rating of 8 out 10 which is very high, but they have yet to approve it....! And the complaint was about Betplays delaying my cash out and being unresponsive. They blocked my account only yesterday. I know this scam accusation may not resolve anything, but it can help others stay away. I always make a search of this kind here, on trutpilot or casino.guru before making deposits on any casino or sportsbook... This money will not change my life. I think it is my duty as a bettor to let others know about my experience on every site.
