Sounds to me like the sheriff wanted special rules for himself. Every pool of people has guys like that. You know what I am talking about, that one guy that is bad in some sport so he starts making his own rules. Like in table tennis when he says you are not allowed to put spin on the ball  Grin

Using that one as example since it happened recently to me. And I am not even that good in table tennis.
