What will betting agents do if someone send under 18 to place bet for him in such town like mine? There is nothing that can be done in countries like mine than to teach your children the right and the wrong. Let them know the pros and cons of gambling and how bad a gambling addicted person can be.

Well, unless the gambling operators don't want to take action, there is actually something they can do. Things like this happen everywhere I think and I believe most of the gambling platforms we are familiar with set 18 years as the limit. In some places I have been to, you can not send underage with a code and expect tickets in return. The agent on sit will seize the code and demand for the presence of whoever that sent the child to play the game. That's how things are supposed to be done everywhere to minimise the damage on these children.

Op, we can not control the gambling adverts on television but I believe we all know the channels that these advertisements are mostly shown. You can restrict them from watching programs from channels that likely show gambling adverts. We have lots of educative channels that children can watch and they are mostly free from advertising gambling. Children minds can be easily poisoned and there's need for us to protect them at younger age until they attain the age they can decide for themselves.
