In my personal opinion, if there was a 44 year old person who had 15 million dollars worth of bitcoin in America, I think that person could just retire and not work at all. Because if you have bitcoin with a value of 15 million dollars, of course this amount is not small and can certainly be enough to meet your living needs for a very long time. Because the average cost of living for someone in America is around $10K-$18K per year. So just multiply it, for example $15K×100, the result is 1.5 million dollars. So for just 1.5 million dollars, we could live in America for 100 years Therefore, if we have 15 million dollars and use it for living needs in America it can last up to 1000 years. Therefore, people who have bitcoin worth 15 million dollars do not need to work anymore. Because with that much money, your children and grandchildren can still be guaranteed their living needs. So it would be better for a 44 year old person who has bitcoin worth 15 million dollars to just enjoy his life rather than having to work. Because why else would work, because with that kind of money, life is 100% guaranteed to be good.

The average cost of living here in America is significantly higher than 10-18k per year.  That amount of living expenses each year would mean that you're living in poverty.

You're  numbers are all very off here.  Not to mention there are a lot of variables you've not mentioned.  I would agree though that if I had 15 mill in bitcoin I would retire.  I would likely sell half of it, at least, and diversify it out in to a mixture of stocks, bonds, precious metals, land, housing rentals etc.
