Why should anyone qualify to op like he is some important person on the forum. I can not think of one reason why would anyone care what he thinks about the thread and the participants. If he likes serious topics so much why don't he write more in Serious discussion and Ivory tower subforums? But for some reason those two subforums have just a few posts per month.

Can't understand motivation to remove topic that helps people stick to their exercise routine? I see that op identifies as female,so I would invite her to calm her hormones and better join the for her mental health.
