Are you implying the government of the United States is supposed to only admit into the country those who have a college degree or those who can prove to have skills and formation over the average of the rest of the country? Because that would be quite a radical thing to do, and besides, that would not solve the problem of the implicit racism which exist within American society nowadays.

In more rational countries, immigration is restricted to jobs that a local person can't reasonably do, like doctor.  I'd say America is one of the least racist countries in the world.  Developing countries, racist AF though.  They're xenophobic AF, nationalist, homophobic, elitist, patriarchal, etc etc etc, and too proud to change, can't even be bothered to stop burning their garbage in the street.  You don't need to feel sorry for them.  They're proud of their racial/ethnic/national/religious identity which you are excluded from.

Are border patrol officers supposed to ask people entering illegally into the USA whether they have profesional qualifications before even asking if they have reached the border seeking for asylum, or whether they are being politically prosecuted in their home countries?

BP is supposed to forcibly turn them around at the border and tell them this is not an approved port of entry, entering here is a crime that carries a $5000 penalty.  Go apply for asylum through the proper channels, and bring evidence not just stories.  Also, being poor or from a corrupt country doesn't qualify you for asylum.

We have our own problems, many Americans are worse off than people in developing countries.  There is no affordable housing here.  Why would you come here?
