Last last, everybody will become what they choose to, I know parents have a serious role to play in this regard, but what does the child do when he goes out maybe on an errand or sometimes to play, there are times the parents are not close to where the child is, so in such situation it is beyond their control, which now its up to the good in the society which we barely see these days, a child is everybody's responsibility to raise, not just the parents of that child, even the government officials and good people of our society are also responsible for the childs upbringing
If we can make and take deliberate steps against some of these wrong doings in our society it will really help build safe environ for everyone in it
As per your statement that the community also have a role to play, you and I know that it is a big failure in the work because the society already failed, many children today turned bad because of the society, things are getting more creepy every four years, I said this because even the children of nowadays are wild as f***.
It takes the grace of God to raise a child well now a days, because kids today don't want to listen to their parents, they feel they are the generation of today meaning they know better than their parents.
I think the following will decide...
1. Be prayerful as a parent raising a child.
2. Don't just rent an apartment in any place, the environment will have a big impact on your children.
3. Make sure no gamble adverts are showing on your cable.
4. Keep close watch on your kids, especially when they don't have nothing to do than play with their smartphones.
5. Be picky when it comes to friends and families, either at home or in school.
In the end, things can go horrible wrong while raising a kid, pray they listen when you plan to correct them.
