Although many initially doubted his abilities, Arne Slot was able to prove his quality as an ideal successor to Jurgen Klopp. Slot's journey with Liverpool can be said to be very promising, he was able to make Liverpool top the EPL standings and appear promising in the UCL. Slot's performance in handling Liverpool has been very good, even exceeding management's expectations. The big challenge was successfully overcome by maintaining the consistency of Liverpool's game which has been known to have high intensity under Klopp's guidance. It is surprising what Slot has given Liverpool in his early days at Anfield, now the club is well and truly back on track and looking towards a bright future.
We are seeing a very good game from Liverpool after a while now. Maintaining the first position on the league standings and also showing that big performance in the champions league has been a while we witnessed such from them. Liverpool use to be a big team in the champions league and they’ve for long now not being able to show that big performance again ever since they won the champions league trophy some years back. With the new coach on board now, he has proven to be someone they can reckon on to go far and make some success in the team. He has not been showing that negative energy of not being able to make the team go far, so he should be seen as a potential vice that will bring trophies to the team this season. It won’t be an easy work for him but I think he can do well with the team and bring good records back to the team even though he won’t win it this first season.
