What should I have as evidence when everything is stored on their platform? I deposited money and got the email confirmation. that's it. afterward, whatever happened took place on the website. and even if I have access. what can I use as an evidence?

You can’t show any evidence simply because you’re a liar! If you had asked for help via email (like many of our users do), you could easily show the email where you requested assistance to unblock your cards. It’s obvious because even our bot (which you claimed to have spoken to, wasn’t operational at the time) directs users to email us for complex issues. But you can’t, because you’re lying. You can say anything you want, but you must provide evidence! We know, and you know too, that you continue to lie.
