As I grow older, I’ve come to realize that personal effort often pales in comparison to the power of existing social systems. Poverty isn’t just about the lack of financial resources—what’s even more disheartening is that discussions about poverty are usually led by those who have never experienced it themselves.
Poverty is a source of problems in any country and it is difficult to eradicate poverty when the people in it are still quite dependent on jobs provided by the government and also on assistance in the form of money or basic necessities.
Every individual must have a view on how to change poverty and they must start themselves for a much better life. Discussions about poverty are indeed more talked about by those who have never lived in poverty, but that does not have any effect in my opinion.
Mapping and making any efforts that can improve the standard of living to be better because with a source of income people will be able to escape poverty. Everyone must fight for their lives and never think that there are other people who will help us with financial problems so that we are more motivated to escape poverty.
How would you change your life of poverty if you were living in a country where the government was corrupt and did not care about the lives of its people ? Also , you need to know that not everyone has knowledge, many people are unlucky to not have a proper education and they just rely on manual jobs created by the government. How will these people change their lives when the government does not provide them with jobs?
I do not entirely blame the government for our poverty but as leaders they are the ones who bear most of the responsibility for the economic situation of the country. People are unemployed, living in poverty because of their stupid economic policies, because of the greed, the selfishness of politicians. Can we save ourselves and get out of poverty without government help? I seriously doubt it.
